Established in 2004, Peter M Hale & Co. Limited is a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice offering a comprehensive range of services to a varied client base, including commercial businesses, private owners, property developers, self builders, local authorities and contractors. We have extensive construction sector experience including housing, leisure, commercial and education projects.

As a smaller practice, we can guarantee that all aspects of your project will be undertaken by an experienced chartered surveyor. Peter is familiar and comfortable dealing with most building types including social/private/luxury housing, leisure facilities (including swimming pools), and commercial office, storage and retail projects.
Mark Izzard MRICS, BSc (Hons)
Mark can offer the benefit of 30 years surveying experience with over 15 years as a chartered surveyor.
Mark is familiar and comfortable dealing with most building types including housing, leisure, commercial facilities and also is experienced in large civil engineering and infrastructure projects including niche areas such as pharmaceutical and railways.
